I Was Right Woooooooo

Welp, they ended up raising the debt ceiling. I wasn’t seeing into the future when I made that call, as many people were saying that it would be raised, more making fun of those who said it wouldn’t be. Joe Biden compromised and yielded to McCarthy, and McCarthy compromised and yielded to Biden. Both will claim a victory and praise unity at the moment and then bemoan a few months from now about the partisan divide they are creating. If this does fall apart during the final steps and they have to go back to the drawing board you should buy everything. If you’ve been waiting a week for something to fall, you should buy five hours after the news has come out. For example, if this does fall apart you, yes you, should pounce on Nvidia. Now, this won’t fall apart, so you don’t really have to worry about that. Even though the human scum that is Lindsey Graham (puke) has called this agreement a “total disgust” you really shouldn’t worry about this falling apart. Both of these leaders will wrangle their people, and get this done. By the way, quick aside. Lindsey Graham is one of the most reprehensible, repulsive, disgusting, and evil creatures in all the land, perhaps only surpassed by the sniveling goblin that is Ted Cruz. If either of those clowns were on my paintball team I would still shoot them. Anyways, it doesn't matter what those dolts say, because this is getting passed, and they know it. For example, Lindsey Graham said that this would gut our national security apparatus at a moment of great peril, and while it is true that we are at a moment where a strong military is nice, this will not gut our national security. This LITERALLY WOULD NOT CHANGE DEFENSE SPENDING YOU CRETIN. For the first two years, it would keep defense spending flat, at I believe 753 BILLION DOLLARS, and then raise the money given by 1%. This comes out to no change in our military spending which is already four times the size of China’s and then a 7.53 Billion increase in spending. How is that gutting our national security? I mean come on, our military already receives more funding than the GDP of Poland, 2.5 times more funding than Iran, and almost as much as the GDP of Saudi Arabia (the 18th largest economy.) That is an ungodly sum, to which the counter is always that the spending is such a small percentage of our GDP, but again it is so much money. Four times more than China spent in 2022. What really drives me insane is that Lindsey Graham knows this, he knows that our national security isn’t being gutted, in fact, it’s receiving 8 billion dollars in more funding over the next three years. He is just fearmongering because if I had to guess, he wants more money for some corrupt policy and is using this as a tool to those ends. He truly is a wretched rat of the sewers, and this debt ceiling will not be halted by such a foul knave. You shouldn’t worry, but if people are selling because of what Lindsey “the poorly-endowed” Graham is saying, you should slap them as you pick up easy deals. Lindsey Graham if you are reading this, I hope you trip and hit your funny bone.
